I had someone sent a complaint to PayPal (without contacting me first that there was even a problem, which totally frosts my @ss but that's an entire different post) for $13.00. I emailed the person to find out what the problem is, but when I click on the link that the email provides it does nothing ~ is PayPal not working at all, or is there an alternate way for me to take care of this? I dont want problems over a $13.00 transaction and I'm ticked that I can't even respond to an email in which I'm given a certain amount of time I *have* to answer in.

log into your paypal account. in the upper lright hand corner will be a pink box that says dispute resolution. click it and it will take you to where you can respond to the complaint.

Good luck. Hope you didn't have much $ in your account.
It took me 3 weeks to refund a guy his $ after he complained. Praypal is really not set up very well for complaint resolution on the part of the seller. The system definitely favors the buyer.
During my resolution, they kept referring me to a link in an email they sent me. The link really didn't help. One of the links they have on my account page was a loop and totally useless.
I ended up actually emailing them and by the time they replied, they had already cleared up the matter and lifted my restriction. Their left hand literally has NO IDEA what the right hand is doing.
Don't expect much from praypal and you won't be disappointed. Keep only as much $ in your account as you are willing to lose. Good luck.
