I use AW post sale, and have for 2 years now. My only problem is I can never remember email addresses and ebaY IDS for my repeat bidders. I can remember a face, but obviously I don't have one here.
So...What do you do to remember when someone bids on an item from you, so when you see their email again you can say thanks for bidding agian. Hope that made sense!!
