Ok I know I bothered you all yesterday and need help again. I have a friend that was suspended from Ebay for bid retracting. She had the sellers permission to retract the bid and bid on another item the seller was offering....Anyways I remember a long time ago there was someone on these boards that was able to help in some way by contacting someone at Ebay, for the life of me I can not remember her name, but remember she was on these boards and I had actually tucked her email address away just in case I would need it but can not find it anywhere.
There has to be more to this story. I have never heard of eBay suspending someone for 1 bid retraction. Could it be that your friend makes a habit of this? If that is the case your friend will just have to ride out the suspension and stop retracting bids.
If what you are saying is true I would ask the seller to contact eBay for her and explain the situation. The seller will carry a lot more weight than your friend in explaining the situation.
