i had an auction end about a 2 weeks ago and i never received the email from ebay letting me know it had been won. the person used buy it now. about 4 hours after they won it they emailed me letting me know and asked for the total and paypal info. i promptly emailed them back with all the info. heard nothing back from them nor had a payment been made. i sent them an aw wbn today and about 30 minutes later i get an email from them reminding me they had won the auction with bin and they hadnt heard from me yet. so i emailed them back with the info once again along with a copy of the previous email i had sent, in reply to their 1st email. i also sent a copy of that email using ebays ask user a question thing. i requested the contact info too so i could call them if they never got the emails. well it has been over 5 hours and after requesting contact info 3 times i havent received it yet. this is getting frustrating. is there anything else i can do?!

Do what I did. I set up a Yahoo account just for situations like this. If either party is on AOL, they have a habit of blocking an ISP for spam. Your emails will not bounce back. Go to the Yahoo account and contact them. If they still claim they didn't receive anything, try the phone.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

their email is thru hotmail and i cant call them because i havent received the contact info. after 5 or so hours of requestiong it 3 times. does hotmail sometimes have an issue with not accepting emails?

Try sending a invoice through PayPal. I had that happen and I went to PayPal sent an invoice and then I heard from them. This was after numerous emails and also asking the seller a question. When it comes to money the emails go through somehow. The reason I didn't hear from my buyers was that her husband had a high level spam filter on and it filtered out the ebay stuff but not the PayPal. Good luck I hope this helps.
