PayPal is not listed in my auction but buyer
used them anyway! Buyer tells me that
I must refuse the payment.

I have sent two
emails to PayPal telling them I refuse the
payment, but so far all they want to know is
MY account information.

Any suggestions?

If you have a PayPal account, then you can log in and refund the payment back to the buyer.

If you do not have a Paypal account, then the payment should be in the buyers account as unclaimed.

I wouldn't worry about that payment if I were you, just tell the buyer you will be expecting the payment by another method.

If you are not a member of P/P,then you don't have to accept payment. You can email your buyer & tell them to select another form of payment

You can't refund it if you don't have a Paypal account.

But WHY does PayPal accept payments for non-members?
.
Reality is a serious condition brought on by a lack of alcohol in the system

To get more people to sign up and get that great stat of we have xxxxxx number of people signing up daily. They get more people signing up when paypal is the only payment option on a web-page like www.whitepower.com
