My McAfee account expires July 25th. I've never been happy with them, have had constant problems updating their virus protection, windows freeze half-open, have found it very frustrating to use them.
So please if you are using any other affordable services that you are indeed pleased with, could you pass their names along?

tomwiii, I tried that one and I hated it. It warned me about everything and was always in my face. Then I had a terrible time trying to get it out of my computer.

I purchased a Norton on ebay and it was for a year. I am very satisfied with it and I will order it again if available.

All of them have little faults at times but in any major test I've seen in the last 5 years, the most comprehensive, best supported, and most powerful overall has always been Norton.

I love my Norton. I receive about 8 emails a week that are infected with a virus (I don't know why I get so many) and it has caught all of them and at least quarrenteed (sp?).
