AARRRGGGHHH!!!!!!!!
Does anyone know a direct email address to PayPal customer service? I'm on the verge of committing murder!

I disputed a transaction and they immediately declared it "case closed," but I still need to contact someone there.

When I hit the "Contact Us" button, I get sent back to the "Help Center." Then I hit "Contact Customer Service" and hit one of the "choose a topic" links, then hit the "Continue" button and end up right back at the Help Center!!!!

I think they do that crap on purpose. Their system is sending people in a frustrating circle!!! They figure you will just give up and leave them alone, but I am not going out like that!

I tried just emailing "[email protected]" but got back an automated message from "[email protected]" telling me to go back to the website and play their sick game again. I WON'T DO IT!
Does anyone, PLEASE, ANYONE-- have an alternate way to contact customer service? Perhaps a phone number?
Thank you for preventing me from serving time.
TT

Good luck to you. I hope you get thru to paypal because I had a friend in your same situation and he finally closed his account and is involved in some sort of action against Paypal. He got tired of trying to get a response from them too and he lost like $200 and Paypal still has it.

I've called customer service a number of times and they've ALWAYS been great help. I've called the number on the back of my Pay Pal Mastercard... It's not an 800 number though... and I don't have it on me at this moment. I've always been very happy with the customer service... whether it's technical questions or other types of questions.

I just used them 6 a.m. this morning. I called 1-888-221-1161. They fixed the problem right on their computer.

I think the hours are 6am to midnight, central time.

They quickly reversed a transaction that, if I had waited for the next business day to contact the other party in the transaction, it would have been a great deal harder to fix, and I might have been out the money. Before I hung up the phone, the money was back in my account.

Try posting your question in the PayPal thread. It is best to ask your question there and maybe you will get a quicker answer as damon doesn't come in here to often. Click the following and it will take you to it.

The phone # on the back of the card is (402) 935-2017.

BTW, I sympathize with your going in circles on the web site. The same thing happened to me in the past. But for some reason, this time, it took me to the right spot instead of throwing me back to the beginning. I chose to call instead of e-mail because it couldn't wait.

Good luck, I hope it works out.

If your thinking of going over to the PayPal forum, better wear some asbestos drawers. The folks over there only want to bash Paypal and show no interest in helping users. I am surprised AuctionWatch does not shut it down. Even the PayPal rep does not post very often.

Maybe after eBay's purchase is finalized, the PayPal forum will be dropped. EBay don't like dissenting voices.

A whole lotta shaking going on!
