Can feedback be left for a user that is no longer registered?

Can they leave feedback for others?

Thanks

I ONT BELIEVE YOU CAN. I WENT TO LEAVE FEEDBACK FOR A SELLER AND COULDNT FIND THE AUCTION LISTED TO LEAVE FEEDBACK FOR. AFTER DOING A SEARCH OF THE BUYER IT SHOWS SHE HAS BEEN NARUED.

I DONT BELIEVE YOU CAN DO IT EITHER. THEY CAN NOT LEAVE FEEDBACK EITHER.

I agree with snobbish, I don't believe you can leave a non registered user feedback either. To the same token they can't leave you any feedback good or bad either.

If the user is only temporarily suspended, they will show up again on your 'pending comments' when their 30 days are up.
If they are permanently NARU, no can do.

Why would you want to leave feedback for someone who is NARU'd? (and you may have a bery good reason; I'm just asking.)

If you are wanting to leave negative feedback, and s/he has already been 'kicked-off', then all is as it should be.

If you are wanting to leave positive feedback....oh, well.

But as someone else mentioned, look again in 30 days or so, and see if s/he has been reinstated.

I'm not sure a buyer is ever suspended temporarily - only permanently; does someone know? I know sellers are sometimes suspended temporarily for eBay violations.

Of course, the buyers just come back under a different name (*sigh*); much more difficult for a seller though.

A buyer can come back.
at risk of letting you know that I'm a complete space case, I'll tell you how I know .
Usual story, bidder non-responsive after win so I file npb, fvf, & move on.
Some time had passed & I relist my lovely widget (4/5 wks later).
Auction ends, bidder pays in nano seconds, I ship, post positive FB, and get on with my merry little life.
A few days later, I'm checking my 'pending feedback for past 90 days'.
I noticed that I hadn't left my widget winner feedback yet.
shame on me!
hmmm, I think to myself, I must've had a blonde moment so let me leave you some glowing fb, you wonderfully perfect bidder!
oops
well, I had a blonde moment, u betcha.
I left *glowing* fb for the jerkazoid that stiffed me!
*sigh*
they had similar names
The DeadBeat had come back from his hiatus, the one that I sent him on, and eBay wouldn't remove the positive I left.
yup.
a bidder can come back.
uh-huh.
I'm much smarter now.

Any bidder that gets a negative feedback can easily create a new eBay bidders account and buy a single item or many items and return the negative feedback. There is absolutely no defense against.

I TYPE ALL MY E BAY AUCTIONS IN ALL CAPS. I SAW THAT DAY ONE 2 1/2 YEARS AGO THAT MANY DO AND IT FIT MY SITUATION JUST PERFECT. SO WHY CHANGE. THEN I FIND AUCTION WATCH BOARDS,,,,I BEGIN TO USE AND RIGHT AWAY ONE OF THE A/W COPS TELL ME THAT IS CONSIDERED YELLING. SHE LOCKS THE THREAD. I DO IT AGAIN AS I DON'T REALLY BELIEVE THIS IS REALLY A PERSON DOING THIS. SOME KIND OF MECHANICAL TOY. I MEAN WHY PICK ME OUT OF WHAT I THOUGHT WERE THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE ON THESE BOARDS WHICH WE NOW KNOW IS NOT THE CASE AT ALL. THIS IS MUCH LIKE A DISCO BAR. SAME PEOPLE. HI HOW ARE YA, SCREW OFF, I DON'T LIKE HIM . SHE'S THIS AND HE'S THAT. SO WHAT? JUST IGNORE LIKE IN REAL LIFE.

NOW,,,,,HERE WE ARE,,,,YOU SAY ALL LOWER,,,,O.K. shift, yeah no shifting here either,,,,,,however, now you tell me when someone is consitant which looks better,(INTELLIGENT, ACTUALLY) hi i wun yer auction. where do i send the muney? where is mi item? i payed and i wanna noe rite now. hi my name is john smith i ned ta now wher to sent the paidment.

I COULD GO ON AND ON. I KNOW THERE ARE FOLKS WHO TYPE IN ALL LOWER CASE. NEVER SHIFT. BUT IN MY BOOK THAT SAYS SOMETHING ELSE.

I AM CONSISTANT AND I WILL NOT TYPE IN LOWER AND LOOK LIKE THAT. FOR YOUR INFORMATION MANY BOOKS ARE TYPE SET IN ALL CAPS. I AM NOT GETTING ON YOUR CASE, JUST RETURNING YOUR COMMENT.

I AM SURE, POSITIVE YOU HAVE READ SOMEWHERE ALONG THE LINES HERE WHY I DO AND I AM TIRED OF REPEATING MYSELF ON THAT ASPECT. SOOOOOOO, I WON'T. HAVE A GREAT DAY. GLAD YOU ARE ABLE TO TYPE AS YOU WISH. I WISH I COULD, BUT I CAN'T WITH EASE. GOOD DAY.
