HI
Buyer paid via paypal promptly, I never received notice and did not check my account. I sent two reminders and received no response. Then filed a NPB reminder and got no response. Finally I filed a NPB for credit which I received. Two days after this the buyer reminds me they sent payment via PP. I checked and sure enough, they did. My error completely. Can I remove the NPB from the buyer's record. I did not leave negative feedback.

I think the problem with anyone not receiving either PayPal, eBay etc mail is because they have their spam filter set to high. I have always received PayPal notice and I do most of my business through PayPal. Maybe someone deleted it before you saw it. But, with that happening you will probably go in and check PayPal more often. Sometimes when I get most of my auctions paid by paypal I go in and copy that page so that I can get my packages ready. It takes a little more time but it is well worth it.

anothertreasure: On the NPB page, look at the very last boxed in message [right underneath] [in Section 4 of 'request your Final Value Credit] ....... you will see "Worked things out with the buyer? If you have filed the Final Value Fee credit, you may use the Non-Paying Bidder Warning Removal to remove the warning for the bidder."

Thank you all!
My filter isn't set too high, it's the loose nut behind the keyboard. Never had a problem with paypal and I'm betting it's my error. Good advice to check more often.
