Hi- I know someone can help me I don't know if this has anything to do with the Kluz virus or what (I do use Norton's before mail goes out)

Got a winner of auction request total, I hit reply and sent the total, at the same time 2 other people at totally differant address got my email, I heard from them saying you have the wrong e-mail address please check, I hit reply and told them sorry I mailed to such and such... it showed in the address bar the orignial address, now 2 more people differant got the email,
SO have I lost my mind or am I doing something wrong--- new to Outlook express but no problems in the month I have used it.

THANKS IN ADVANCE
ps I did double check the address spelling etc.. not even same server?????

Sorry, I can't help you with outlook, I never use it. I was wondering what you meant by saying you use Norton before the mail goes out. Don't you have your Norton on automatic, so it it is running full time? Do you have automatic update for it? I do & get as many as 3 or 4 in a week.

hello sanmar- I guess outlook must set norton's to check for virusus on all outgoing mail, when I send out a message it checks it before sending.

Yes I have my computer set for automatic updates, but I wonder how may people don't it took me awhile to figure out to set it for updates. I also scan everynight for new virus's as it seems in gets in my waiting to be read mail in my daughter's AOL account.

norton's is also always running, I am so glad I spent the money for norton's and not much money either! Well worth it!

if your computer got infected with some of these new viruses out there Before you installed norton it can not dectect them incomeing and will not remove or report you have it !!!

you would need to go to therewebsite and get the individual programs they offer to remove any trojan or virus before you installed your virus scanner.

its very unlikely that email getting to the wrong email address has to do with any trojan not any I know of any how.

is it posable rather then using the new emial button you clicked the reply to all button ???

Well Looks like I sent the winner total to at least 10 people the wrong people!! the good news is the winner paid!! Scared to write her and tell her I got the payment!

This is really crazy, I do however have my business name out to 10 new people--LOL they must think I am nuts! One guy said the only thing he bought on ebay this month was a Harley!!

Still waiting to hear from my server..
Thanks all

Are you sure you are not hitting the reply to all icon on your email?

Thats the only reason that I can think of if everyone else is getting your emails.

Check out your email settings and do let us know when you find out what the problem was.

Norton will not protect you from getting viruses through AOL mail. It can not scan AOL mail like it can scan Outlook. Most computers are infected via AOL because of this. And as everyone knows, AOL is the biggest virus known to man.
