The fact you can sign up for an account even if you're located in Indonesia, Romania, Albania, Nigeria, Belarus, and other fraud rampant countries is disturbing. I can't figure out how they can manage that formidable feat.

You need a bank account which they verify using a code that is transmitted to the account along with 1 cent. All of those countries have banks, no big feat there.
I am sorry, I didn't make myself clear earlier. I am more interested in if anyone has used the business accounts.
The person to person account gives you $5.00 when you sign up, but doesn't have many features.
