Any suggestions on handling this bidder. She purchased 3 items, promised payment lots of emails promising to pay and never sent it as the old story goes. She was listed as unregistered 0 feedback with glasses. I put the items back on Ebay to resell and here it turns out she has won one of the items again with a new user name and email, but still with 0 feedback and glasses. I really don't want the hassle of a tranaction with her, any ideas on how to handle this? Her old user name went on my block bidders list, but it of course it didn't block her with a new user name.

Are you sure it's the former bidder? It's possible another new user bid on the item(s). Cancel the bid(s) and block the new ID if you're sure it's the same bad bidder. Beginning to sound like a stalker-type. :}

It's the same bidder, she sent me her address again and it is the same one. The item sold for under $5.00, but I still don't want to hassle with her again.

I can't cancel her bid now, since the auction has already closed. She used a different user name and I didn't know it was her until the auction was over.

Report to safeharbor that a NARU'ed bidder is bidding under another account, also report to safeharbor that a unwanted bidder bidded on your item. After about 3 reports, they'll get the hint and NARU her new user id, and that should send her the right message.

Have you emailed her and gently but firmly stated that you do not want her business?
