I have ordered priority mail supplies on line numerous times. No problems. Now I can't find the link for the page that lists all of the supplies available, boxes, bags, tape, labels and all. I went to www.usps.gov and I've tried all of the links to no avail. All I get under shipping supplies is the store where you buy items. The one spot that says free supplies is just for Express Mail. Can't you order them on line any more, or is there a different address?
Thanks for any help -- Suzy

Here is the 800 number I have used for the past 2 or more yrs. 1-800-222-1811. You can order any of the express or priority mail items. I just ordered about a month ago.

You may want to have the order page open on your screen when you call -- makes it easier to get the correct item(s). Also, if you order labels, the PO will custom print your return address for free on the label, but that is ONLY available (at least it was) through the phone and not on their website.
Cheers.

Have they added a seventh non trianular Priority Mail box to the lineup? I haven't see the Item No: O-1092 before but it is very similar in size to the other two large flat rectangular boxes. If they wanted to add another box why not a small one or a large one instead of one that is close to the same size as two other boxes?

They've changed their on-line order form somewhat and it's not nearly as easy to use as before. I called the "800" number to order some customized priority mailing labels and told the lady I spoke with I wasn't pleased with the "new, revised" on-line form. She was very interested and said others had complained...and said she'd forward the complaint to the appropriate person. Good luck!

The first time I ordered with the new page I got to where it said you have ordered XX boxes and they will be sent to and my name and address. That was when you were finished on the old pages but after 2 weeks and no boxes I went back and found out I had not completed the order there was one more page after that.
Now when you complete your order you also get an email telling you what you ordered. Then in a day or so you get another email that your order has been recieved and is in the process of being filled and another when the order is filled and mailed.

toolhound, the link takes you to a site that says it is timed out due to security reasons and you are being re-routed. It then loops back to the same page over and over.
I tried going in the regular way through the USPS home page and got to the looping page.
I will try the 1-800 number on Monday.
What a nightmare if the charges are starting now!

Just keep trying that link. I was recently helping friends order priority supplies for the first time, and we nearly went nuts trying to find that old form with all the items listed on one page. Much more difficult now, but it's still do-able. Good luck!

The site has been down most of the day and now it is really down. When it was up it was telling visitors that their ID wasn't in the database. A truly horrible website.

Thanks everyone for all of your responses!! I appreciate it. I followed the link from Bidsbid and was taken right to the site. Very tedious ordering this new way, but better than nothing. I spent 30 minutes and was down to my last item when the "error" form appeared and I was kicked off of the site!! I think I will use the 800 # on Monday that you folks have given here. It has got to be better plus I like the labels with my return address on them that you can only get by phone.
Again ---- thanks for the help.

I had the same problems as japerton and jimtaxi. I ordered supplies and they never came and never came. I ordered supplies again and it didn't recognize my ordering number. I had to re-enter all my information. Then they never came again. Luckily, my husband had stored some of my boxes in the attic of the garage (unbeknownst to me!) so I have been okay. I think I will call the toll free number tomorrow, too.

I too had ordered supplies via the "new" online store. Waited 2-3 weeks and the supplies still had not come. When I reordered online the 2nd time, I knew what I did wrong - I didn't complete the order. There are approx. 2-3, in my opinion, unnecessary steps to take in order to complete it. However, once it IS complete (just keep going and you'll know when you're through!) you WILL get numerous e-mails saying that your order was received, then you'll get an e-mail saying that your order has been received in the "distribution center" (I think), then you'll get another saying that it was shipped. At least to me, these e-mails, although numerous are very nice to let you know what status your order is in - in fact the day I received my order, I received the last e-mail saying it had been shipped - the e-mail was a little "late", but timely based on the previous e-mails. Before the "new" on-line store, you would place an order and never know what was going on until you received your items (or not)...just remember to keep going until you see something that tells you that your order is complete and you will be receiving e-mail regarding the status...Hope this helps!

Well, the site is back up and running today. I just ordered a supply that will last me a little while.
I don't like all the extra steps they have added though. Page after page, about 6 total I think.

They really make you work for those FREE supplies now. I have tried on more than one occasion to order, yes, at least 6 screens to completion, only to get an "error" message. I've given up and order via the 800# now.
