I'm familiar with the Royal, Scio and HLC Currier and Ives, but who made this one?

It's fairly common, but I'd alwasys passed it up - but a whole set for a few dollars tempted me.

Some of the pieces (like the cups, creamer & sugar) have only the leaf design.

None of the pieces is marked.

Ed. to add picture...might help, huh?

Anytime you have a piece of china w/o any ID, then you have nothing. There are 21 different makers of a pattern called Currier & Ives. If there is no name or pattern name, how can you call it Currier & Ive. All you can say is, it looks like Currier & Ives. Another example of this is Blue Willow. I buy & sell china all of the time & have for yrs. I won't touch any thing that doesn't have a manufacturers name on it.

I always thought that was also made by Royal in the 1980's.
As for the earlier C&I that isn't marked, that was Royal --- they didn't mark all pieces.
