Ok, It's been a month, no payment then I send her a NBP notice after trying the nice way, then she writes "sorry" I ask for zip code to figure shipping, she pays by paypal before I send the shipping price like Pronto pay, so then I say "thanks for the payment but shipping is another 4. something"
she writes "Oh I followed your checkout and paid" well nothing to follow no shipping price there, so she says she will pay.
OK you guessed it today wants to know where the item is? DUH right here waiting for postage, can I send the ding bat her money back and say so long, or write a Hello where is shipping???
Or
burn her e-mail and wait for payment? sorry so long I hate the fact some people lost there brains and do this!
When they don't include shipping costs in the payment you can refund the payment back to them through PayPal within 14 days. (refund button) Then get them to send full payment. Otherwise if they PayPal you the extra shipping cost afterwards you will have fees charged twice by PayPal.

ME again, thanks for the help, I did the refund and something nice in the message about sending shipping with payment next time. (she has high feedback don't get it)
NOW another one is it a full moon???
this one asked for shipping cost before bid, fine she got it and won the auction in her e-mail, please send media mail and is sending a check for media- heck it's not media, it's a cheap item I put up just because. I dont' care about shipping media but heck I would hate to get in trouble for such a small item, (picture frame.) I did NOT quote media.
In 2 years mostly sane nice PAYING customers- now the wierdo's got my name and are out to get me
Instead of dying hair I better start replacing hair my new name-"hair2replace?"

If it is not media, don't send it that way. What is now happening at my post office is random inspections on media mail. If it is not media when they open it, they give you a warning. I think in the not to distant future, there could be criminal charges brought to those not using the proper service, but they would not say when that was going to happen.

hair2 - don't it just make you want to throw up sometimes? SURELY there are better days coming. Here's hoping yours comes soon!

Just thank her for her payment and tell her the item is ready for her to pickup. Give her fifteen days and take back possession of the item with no chance for refund. Then relist it....

what's really funny is this person is a seller, great feedback, and she charges for shipping, It can't be buyer remorse as it's not much money.
Mleacher- your right could be lack of or too much alcohol

hair2 - yep it's fixed. It almost healed itself! ha!ha! ALL I did was just hit refresh at the top of the screen. That sounds too simple to me but it's working now and it wasn't before. At least there are no multiple emails going here & there and the error message is gone. I just HATE it when everything is not just as it should be on the whole machine!!!!
This is a GOOD friday!! I'm just as happy as a tick on a dog and nothing better happen to mess it up. I hope yours is good too.

When I sent an item media mail it was $1.40 I asked what the first class charge would be and it was $2.00. Not much more so maybe you should just ship it and forget it. Is it worth the hassel?

If they paid for the item, then you got your money. Just put it on a shelf and consider it storage until this person completes the shipping transaction. That's what I do. If they pay some, then I don't refund their money, I just wait for them to respond to my email for the difference.
