Is anyone else currently having problems with the new Sell Form on ebay? Sometimes my keyboard freezes up while using the new form, and I cannot do anything but shut down the computer. Today, where you are supposed to click to load up your pictures was just a blank space where the six picture buttons normally appear. Actually, I am having similar problems on both my home computer, which is a 7 year old Hewlett-Packard, and the computer at my shop which is just over a year old (an hp Pavilion 6830). I do not have problems with any other programs, nor am I having any problems with any other Internet sites, including AW. I am 55 and not very computer literate, but I have sold hundreds of items with these two computers using the older Sell form without any problems. Can anyone help???

After struggling through with the 2.0 form for a few weeks, I have gone back to the old one, it is available for a limited time. There is a place on the first page that says something like "Use old listing form" I have had all kinds of problems with the new one.

You can try this to see if it helps.

(I'll assume that you are using Microsoft Windows.)

Launch Internet Explorer (IE).

Select Tools, then Internet Options...

In the middle of the window is the setting for "Temporary Internet Files". Click the Delete button. Click the OK button when the prompt appears.

Close Internet Explorer.

You should have a better experience with eBay the next time you launch something.

Note: This procedure will work even if you are an AOL user.

Try to use the old form as long as possible. With any kind of luck the fate of the old form may be similar to the merged feedback with Half & ebay and ebay will leave it there for sellers to use as an option forever. ( knock on wood )

danthetrainman I was having the same problem you are having. Go to the board (Ebay English-Photos HTML),they will be able to help you there.

Good Luck
