Unable to access Endicia to print postage on the west coast even though I have postage in my account. Get a server unavailable message.

One of the servers in our cluster went down. This is a load-balanced array so when one server goes down you have a 1/n chance of hitting it, where n=# servers.
The server in question was rebooted and we are fully functional again.
