Same here. I am completely shut down. This is so lame. I am going to another service. This just happens way to much for me to stomach anymore.

I upload pic's almost every day and have never in 2-1/2 years, as of yet had a problem! Although now and again I get pic's that aren't mine! But I just delete them no big deal!

I'm cancelling my account soon as the auctions i have listed are done. This is ridiculous. I am losing tons of money in both lost sales and fees for auctions that can't sell because there's no pics. I'll go back to using eBay seller's assistant, at least i know then my !@%! pictures will show up.

What again!!! No pictures!! My best item closes today and no pictures. My billing statement was emailed to me today so I at least know AW's billing department is still working. Of course there is never any talk about compensation. Time to move on to another imaging hosting service.

after I write up my auctions offline...I hit the autosync button to upload my pics....it used to connect and upload them with no problem but the last month or so it would say "synchronization failed".
so I get online first, login at AW then do the sync and there is no problem...have never had a picture problem at all...

I think we are talking about two different things here. I'm not sure about the trouble (in general) that people are having uploading pictures, but I can attest to every one of my running auctions being completely "pictureless" for most of the day on 8/22 and had I tried to upload any, I'm sure it wouldn't have worked. A lot of other users were having the same problem on previous days as well. You would only know this was happening if you opened up one of your auctions on eBay during that time, or if a potential bidder e-mailed you to let you know.
I'm not sure how many users were affected because AW was not giving out that info. For all we know, it could have been everyone.

They say they are having problems with their ISP. I am losing money by not being able to attach my pictures. Oh Yes they did not forget to charge me the fee.
