I remember a thread, way back when, about a site that you can see what feedback someone has left for other people. Does anyone remember? Can it be done through ebaY? I am a seller and someone just left me FOUR neutrals after a multiple transaction. They never even told me of a problem, I always gaurantee satisfaction. I emailed and still haven't heard from them. I am just sick. I have over 1500 transactions and up until them, only 3 neutrals. They doubled my bad feedback in one swoop! I would just like to see if they have done it to other sellers.
They have less then 100, all positive. Any suggestions? I don't do retalatory feedback, but I think sellers should be warned that they could ruin their feedback. There were 5 pictures and very detailed descriptions on all of the auctions.

You want to see the feedback they have left about others? Click on their feedback number. Once their feedback comes up, near the top right of the page it says something like "view feedback left about others". Click that and you will see the feedback they left or othrs. Sorry to hear about that!

From any eBay page, click on the Services button on the top of the page, then Feedback Forum. Scroll down and click the 'View feedback a member left about others" and you're home free.

Why not leave him 4 negs? I guarantee he will contact you. Then you can ask HIM what kind of feedback he left for others. Get it straight from the horse's mouth.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

Thanks for your help. Vrane.com is what I couldn't remember. I will go through ebaY, I never do it, and couldn't remember. His comments were that auctions were a coin toss and he lost. That was one. One the other four he just put "no commnet" and "no bloody commnet". I mean if he would have said what the problem was, that would have been one thing. But, no comment? I guess I don't understand why someone would be so happy and not email the seller?
Emailed him last night and still haven't heard. Just Pis... me off to NO end! I might as well take out that satisfaction is my goal, and if you have a problem please email me. Seems people can't read anyway...

He has done it to others too. The last 8 comments her left were neutral, he hit another seller with 3. The last comment listed is, no damn comment ever again.
I remember him now too. He said he was 83 and diabetic. He messed up my Paypal address bad, was blaming non payment on Paypal. Asked if I could help. He called me a doll, an angel...He said he gets confused, YeAH! I sure wish crazy people would not be allowed to leave feedback!!!

I would be sure to answer the feedback pointing to the other feedback this buyer has left for others. I no longer worry about discourteous feedback. I just leave an answer.
Just got a paypal payment from someone who left comment in the payment, "expect it as soon as possibe, and I assume you will pack it securely" ...I fell like writing back that I never pack anything securley, but would just invite more trouble than I already expect.
And this for a lousy book that only went for $2.50!

I really believe you should also give him neutrals....with statements like....customer did not communicate as suggested by Ebay....or customer seems be INTO leaving neutrals....OR SOMETHING THAT WILL LET THIS PERSON KNOW....his feedback tactic is not acceptable!!!!....He may think this is the way to accomplish something and of course, as sellers, WE KNOW IT ISN'T!!!...GOOD LUCK AND SORRY FOR YOUR NEUTRALS....WE HAVE NEARLY 7000 FEEDBACKS WITH 6 NEGATIVES AND 13 NEUTRALS....(I was horrified each time we received one, broke my heart)...and ALL OF THESE COULD HAVE BEEN WORKED OUT IF THEY HAD CONTACTED US....SOME WERE FROM NEWBIES AND JUST DIDNT UNDERSTAND WHAT CONTACTING someone meant?
