That was a sleeper account ( 1999 ). I bet there are thousands or tens of thousands of those out there. Many are used to give retailatory negatives to ebayers that wronged them on another one of their accounts. There is nothing ebay can do to stop this practice unless the sleeper account goes beserk like this fellow did.
