We're selling just as much as always, so I suppose for us sales are not up.
Of course, it's not really a meaningful question.
A meaningful question might be something like: Are your net profits up? Have you managed to reduce your costs?

Hi PHawthorne:
Ebay is definitely better for me now than it was a few months ago. Store sales are doing well also. Good luck!

Oh, sorry, I keep using business concepts on people who think eBay is all fun and gamez.
I'll try once more, then go do something that produces revenue.
Sales is only one indicator of how well you are doing and possibly not even the most important one. You can sell 100 units one month and lose your shirt. Sell 1 unit the next month and book that vacation in Hawaii. The difference is that the one unit sold for a huge margin.

Lately very inconsistant, great one week, bad the next. You have missed a pretty good year though, except for several down months scattered about. Not bad for a recession.
Everyone is entitled to my opinion.

The only thing you've missed is making money by selling items.
OTOH if you have nothing to sell then you haven't missed much.
Keep your day job.

I started selling on eBay over 4 years ago and it was great for close to 3 years. It has been going down hill for over a year now. I sell Collectible tools and fishing gear mostly, but sell many other things also. Most prices are down 50% or more. I am selling most of my stuff at shows and flea markets again and getting more money there.
You just have to look at what you sell to decide what is the best way to sell it. I still have things that bring 25% or more money on eBay than I can get at shows, but not many things.

My sales are good. Unless I get lazy and don't list. I have a problem I get really enthusastic and list many items one week then the next is a bust. I make really good money that week and since I don't depend on eBay for my money I just let the next week go. I think it is because of the tardiness of the buyers who don't pay right away. If I could do only PayPal sales everything would be out of my house the next day, but they just seem to drag out so then I have to go back and rewrite everything again.
