I havn't been selling over the summer and am just now getting back into it. What's the deal with the new postage rates? I'm lost. Also, what changes should I anticipate dealing with eBay again?

The new postage rates are based on zones and weight, not just weight as they were previously. Makes it a little more difficult to do a flat rate shipping charge.
I just use the farthest possible zone (8) and the weight to come up with a flat fee. When they respond to the EOA and are a lot closer than zone 8, I adjust the shipping charge for them.
