I don't really use it, but my buyers will use it, and seem confused. I get an email, when they 'checkout' and it is not uncommon to get 3 or 4 where the buyer 'checks out' numerous times.

I haven't had any trouble with it. I love it and it is the only checkout I will use for my auctions even though the listing service I use has one of their own.

I don't use it, I only use Auction Watch's check out end of auction program manager which works great if all buyers would only fill in the info

I don't use it but many of my buyers do. God knows why. I send an EOA after the auction so I don't need the checkout email.
Also, ebay is still relying on its high school dropout programmers there... the winner's address comes though all mashed together. Like -
Bob Jones mail drop #55854 Main Street apt. 125Omaha NE 12345 usa
so it can't even tell me their address.
And since they pay me by check or paypal or money order, WTF good is that checkout email?

I tried it when it first came out and it was a complete joke. I was constantly asking the buyers for the correct amounts and often times, for addresses that were up to date. That is if the buyer could figure out how to use it. I dumped faster than a hot potato and went back to my very clear and easy to follow personal WBN. I wouldn't do it any other way now.
