Hi

I had someone use BIN on item. New user, registered the same day they used the Buy it Now. Thats all fine, but

Now she is sending emails, questioning the heck out of the product.

I am now getting the feeling, (ok probably paranoid ) that this may be a second ID she created, and may be selling the same thing... asking questions, that she may think I don't know.

Also, by about the 3rd email this morning about the product, I don't think there is any more info I can give her.

Dang do I keep answering these over and over?

Had no problems so far with this item and BIN, this is the 4th BIN for this exact item in 2 days. People that use this, know what it is.

Anyone else have a buyer ask questions about item(s) AFTER a BIN or auction?

Never have and I use BIN a lot. Once they use the BIN the item is theirs. No use to ask questions after, they have to do it before.

Question? I thought someone with a 10 and under couldn't use the BIN. I guess I am going to invertigate it.

No I was wrong. I found this and I guess she can buy it. But once it goes through it is hers.

To qualify to use Buy It Now as a buyer, you must:
Have feedback greater than or equal to 0 OR
Have a credit card (or debit card) on file OR
ID Verify
If you don't qualify when you click the Buy It Now button, you will be asked to do one of the above to qualify. Once you have met one of the above requirements, the listing will end automatically and you will be the winning buyer.

You have to have a feedback rating of 10 to use BIN as a seller...is that what you were thinking of?

The buyer may be trying to weasel out of the deal and is pestering you in hopes that you'll let them back out of the deal. Just a thought.

"To qualify to use Buy It Now as a buyer, you must: Have feedback greater than or equal to 0 ..."

Gosh, that is a really hard qualification. Ebay might as well say "We don't give a sh!t about the seller."
