I filed my first NBPA, but now have been sent payment by the winning bid. I didn't file for final value fee. How do I proceed?
Do I just not do anything and Ebay leaves it alone or do I have to notify them that we worked things out?

I went to the help section, but I'm still not clear on this. Sometimes I'm brain dead.
Can someone out there tell me what to do?

Thanks!

you do nothing now. youd only have to do something if you had filed for your fvf.

The NPB doesn't do anything except tell the buyer to pay up. It is only when you file the FVF that the bidder gets a strike against them. If the guy paid, send the item and give proper feedback. In most cases a positive stating the payment did finally arrive or something to that effect.

Remember to file the FVF if the time comes... I just did file and you can scratch a deadbeat from eBay... now NARU'd

I was the straw that broke this deadbeat's back!
