An Ebay power seller won 25 of my auction and did not pay.
She bid and won my auctions from Aug 30 to Sep 17 and she doesn't pay. She did sent me Paypal e-check on 9/13 for auctions she won from 8/30 to Sep 12.
(estimation of clearing Sep 26. This is weird because usually e-check will clear for 4 business days)
Sep 25 I received email from Paypal telling me that The eCheck payment sent by this user did not clear through the PayPal system.
I emailed her, no respond.
Sep 26, I filed for NPBA.
She emailed me and telling me that she will pay for all the auctions she won and she asked me for the total. I sent her payment request by Paypal.
Oct 1, I sent payment request reminder.
I still haven't received her payment, I know she is not sick or dead because she still happy selling and bidding and I will pay for FVF credit.
If I give her 25 negative feedback for non paying bidder to warn other sellers, I'm worried she will also neg me.
Is there possibility that Ebay will remove feedback retaliation?
I've received negative feedback retaliation from non paying bidder before but not ready to receive 25 more.
Thank you

If you file the 25 FVF, won't Ebay NARU her?
I'd leave 1 neg, stating she defaulted on 25 auctions....
Good Luck

I would email them subject FINAL NOTICE and tell them they have 3 working days to pay or apropriate action will be taken. If they do not reply file the 25 FVFs. I would then leave 25 negative feedbacks but that is up to you.

No,
She won't be NARUed. The NPBs have to be from separate sellers.

Is this powerseller selling the same items as you are?
You need to file NPB and FVF on every auction and leave proper feedback. No more personal e-mails should go to this person. You do not want to put gas on the fire. You need to protect your bottom line, money in your pocket. Don't worry about your feedback. Bidders are smart enough to figure out what is a retalitory neg.

I am trying to get a neg removed but safe harbor charges $20. I don't think it's worth it. These powersellers know that too. Good Luck!

fear of retaliation is not a good enough reason to let this slide...give her the 25 negs she deserves and turn him/her in to ebay...a power seller can be a jerk too

You need to know the secret Powerseller handshake if you want to report one ... that'll cost you a little more than $20.00 as you'll have to find a PS who is willing to rat out his/her brothers.
Good luck anyway

it sure sounds too good to be true, one person bidded on 25 items from the same seller.
if you are afraid of being neg'ed in return, then you should not even think of negging him.

7 of my 8 "negs" are from one buyer who renegged on over $750 in 7 separate auctions. I did the "right" thing and gave him 7 "negs"...to which he promptly filed 7 retaliatory "negs" to me! That very ugly red "8" will always be there. I tried repeatedly to get eBay to remove these obviously retaliatory "negs" but all to no avail. If I had it to do all over again, I'd just give one "neg" and say that the buyer failed to honor 7 auctions.

Isn't there a timing method that enables one to leave feedback right before the time expires to be able to do so?
If so, leave one negative now, then figure out the last hour for leaving the other 24, then post them at that time.
Maybe somebody else in this forum knows more about how to figure out the timing for you.
What is more critical than posting the negatives is filing the NPBs, just in case there are two other sellers out there who have been stiffed also.

If it is their selling account, those 25 negs will hurt them. If they have a buying account only, why bother? I don't know if I would do it, even though it will be only 1 unique neg, if they return the favor, you will add a LOT of negs to your total. The feedback game is not set up to be fair, so I don't leave negative feedback even for deadbeats, I just file FVF

I would be afraid of the 25 retalitory feedbacks on my sellers account. I would leave one and point out she did not pay for 25. 25 reds will look pretty nasty. I know another guy who just had the same thing happen to him. Ebay won't remove feedbacks in a situation like this.
Sorry you had to have such a bad experience. Especially from someone who is a powerseller.
Those with the title don't always deserve it!

Forget the neg feedback. It's a lose-lose situation. You can do far more damage with the 25 FVF requests, especially if they already have 2 against them. Even if they don't have any priors, it will surely get Ebay's attention when they have to refund all those fees to you. They don't particularly care for users who are costing them money, and they have other ways of dealing with these deadbeats.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

Will 25 negs put them below 98% positive rating? If so at least they wouldn't be a powerseller anymore.

The 25 negs will count as 1 neg on the final total.
