No problem here, I have received several including one today.
check your settings with your ISP to make sure you don't have a block on this kind of email. Sometimes the ISP reads it as a bulk mail email and files it accordingly. Mine go into the trash unless I change the individual emailers address and mark it as "not bulk mail" for future sorting.
Also there is a very bad virus going around since Thursday that is a worm and attacks home PC's. I think its called Bugbear. You may be infected and Norton Anti virus still has no fix. It is expected to cause major problems in the next few days according to ABC News. I'm shutting my computer down after I read todays mail and not posting any auctions for a week until I see what's going on. I was attacked a few months ago by an email virus and it destroyed my computer. I use the latest Norton Virus but I use an NT workstation so Im hoping it won't find its way to my computer.
This new virus allows a hacker to access your personal information so heads up.

I also have not received notices for several days now. I double checked and my preferences still say to e-mail me with payment notices. I e-mailed customer service but am still waiting to hear back.

This might not solve the problem, but it's worth checking. Log on to your PayPal account and click on your 'profile' then click on 'notifications'. There are some payment notifications that will be checked or unchecked.
Please send me an email when:
I receive money with PayPal
I request money with PayPal
I receive a Web Accept or Auction Logo payment
I make a purchase with my PayPal ATM/Debit Card
I make a purchase with my PayPal Debit Bar
Make sure the options in bold are selected and you click the save on the bottom of the page. Even though you might not be using the Web Accept or PayPal logos buttons, the buyer might have set their preferences up to get the End of Auction Notices from PayPal, and if they pay using that way or with the Auction Finder it will be the same as a Web Accept or Auction Logo payment.
I think I'm right, but no bets.

Hi,
I would check your preferences to make sure that this one is turned on...
I receive a Web Accept or Auction Logo payment
This is the normal culprit when a user does not get emails. This must be turned on if the user wants emails from Instant Purchase/Web Accept payments.

Paypaldamon-
As I mentioned in my post, I double checked my preferences. They are all as they should be. I am to be notified via e-mail of any incoming payments. I have changed nothing in my account at all. The notices have just stopped coming for the past several days. In the past I have had one or 2 that didn't arrive for some unknown reason but this time NONE of them are coming. Any other suggestions?

I read on another board, that Roadrunner had installed some new filters and was not passing the emails.

Well I do have a roadrunner address so that must be the problem. Do I have to contact them, or is there a setting I can change myself? Thanks for any assistance you can offer.

I would contact them. PayPal may already be working, if it is a national problem. If you do not have any luck with Roadrunner send an email to [email protected].
Good Luck.

I'm glad I happened to read this. I just checked my paypal account and there was a payment there from earlier this am that I have not received a notice for yet. This was happening to me about 2 weeks ago also.

Hi,
I posted a thread about this today. The problem does appear to be with RoadRunner, but our tech support folks are working on the issue. It also appears not to be limited to one ISP (some changes around October 5th by some ISP's appear to be causing the issues).
