There seems to be some kind of glitch going on with invoicing bidders through the eBay system page links -- in the last week, only about 1/2 of the invoices I sent out actually got transmitted to the bidders. This is especially happening to my U.K. bidders, but also now I have found about 1/2 of my U.S. Billpoint requests were still waiting to get them, and I thought they had been sent.
Checking the Billpoint website "Summary" page, I found no record of nearly a dozen invoices I thought I had sent -- so I re-transmitted all of them directly from the Billpoint site, bypassing eBay completely, and they have all gone through.
Ain't life grand? I expect for any of us Billpoint users, this can only worsen over the remainder this year.
