I just wrote to powersellers to tell them about the Search glitches ... I received this shocking "news" ...

In order to better serve the eBay PowerSeller community, we have
developed a new message routing system designed to improve the response
time of messages received and the accuracy of the responses. As of
mid-November, the [email protected] email address will no longer be
available. Instead, all queries must be sent through the PowerSeller
specific Support/Billing and Rules and Safety Webforms.

We will continue to respond to your email messages sent to
[email protected] but encourage you to get in the habit of using the
new Webforms which are located at the following link:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/ps-contact.html

There are many benefits to this change, including:

- a specialized web form exclusively for PowerSellers
- the ability to route your questions to subject matter experts
- a faster response time
- a more efficient system of tracking issues to improve the service you
receive.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement this
change. Thank you for your participation in the eBay PowerSeller
program.

I don't recall ever getting a true response from any email sent to Powerseller Support. All they do/did was re-route to someone else, and tell you that is what they had done.

THAT IS THEIR INITIAL RESPONSE. IT WILL BE FOLLOWED UP. I GAURANTEE, THAT IS AS LONG AS YOU WROTE TO THEM IN ALL CAP!!!! HAHAHAHA.
