I received an EOA notice this morning from eBay which was not a great surprise until I opened it & found it was notice of a BIN which ended on 9/28!! That was 2 weeks ago. The item was paid for & shipped on 9/30. Where has this been for 2 weeks? The sending date was 10/10/02

If your mail reader allows you to see the full headers on the EOA mail, you can see when it was sent from eBay and where it "stopped" along the way.
