I blocked a bidder over a year ago because I never wanted to complete another transaction with that witch. Well low and behold last night this bidder sniped in and won one of my auctions. I went to my blocked bidder list and she is still there as being a blocked bidder. >>>>HER EMAIL IS STILL THE SAME SHE HASN'T CHANGED IT FOR THOSE OF YOU WONDERING THAT<<<<< What is the purpose of having a blocked bidder list if it doesn't work?

Two possible reasons. An ebay glitch or the fact that bidders can register with more than one ebay ID. You can cancel the bid and notify ebay about the unique situation.

Check the registration date. She may have pulled an id switcharoo. When you change your id and/or email address, it is available for use again after 30 days.

Did you block her id or e-mail? If you blocked her e-mail, then it don't block her from bidding. Or did you make a slight mistake on the id so it is not exactly her id?
I guess in your case, since the auction has closed, I would treat it as any other transaction and see if she will pay for the item. Who knows, you might get a sale anyway. And that is really the bottom line.
