Here's the story:
Auction ends. Bidder is newbie. Four positive, one negative. But I give him the benefit of the doubt. He responds to my EOA.
Then nothing. No payment; no e-mail. My TOS is payment in 14 days. At day 10 I get "that" feeling and start looking at his bidding/winning history. Not good. He'd won over 40 auctions for many hundreds of dollars and still had only 5 FB.
On 14th day (Thurs.) I e-mailed and said no payment yet is there a problem? I've noticed you've won a lot of auctions if you can't pay just say so. While waiting for a reply I e-mailed a few other sellers whose auctions were very similar in time and $$ to mine. No payment to them either. So I started the NPB.
His reply was MO mailed over a week ago. I'm nasty and assume too much. He's "going away today"(Thurs.) and won't be near a PC. Don't contact him. Today (Sat.) I checked and he's STILL bidding. Without a PC. Nice trick. Still no MO. Which BTW, if it hasn't shown up by the time he gets back, he generously offered to cancel and send a new one.
There are other unsuspecting sellers who are going to be going through this soon. Or do I assume too much?

Too bad you can't get two of the other jilted sellers to FVF him...then drop a neg on him, and finally FVF him (see ya!)

Don't get yourself in a tizzy. Just follow through with what you have already done. File for FVF after 10 days. Don't not neg until you file FVF. Maybe payment is really on the way and slowed by the mail. That is the purpose of NPB. To get payment on the way. Let the system do it's thing. Wait the time period. If no payment arrives after the time period, DO NOT E_MAIL THE PERSON TO TELL THEM THE DEAL IS OFF. YOU OPEN YOURSELF UP FOR RETALIATION. Just file the FVF, leave the neg and move on.
