I am about to file a NPB FVF on a bidder who is "not a registered user" Will this even matter that I am filing for this??? If they are not registered, can they be kicked off??? Thanks

File away, it doesn't matter. In fact it will make the NPB filing easier.

if they are Not a Registered User (NARU) that means they are already kicked off, but you should file anyway to get your money back

If they are NARU, you can file a NPB alert and instantly file for FVF. You don't have to wait the ten days.

The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

A bit of a warning. An unregistered user can get back into ebay's good graces if their suspension was only temporary due to a bad email or similar.

Which means you should file for credit immediately. Generally they do not come back under the same ID

Lots of times they do come back under their old ID because they have changed emails or ISPs months ago and never updated the info. They may go six months without buying something on ebay and totally forget about updating about their contact info. If they wait awhile and get no email from the seller they find that they are NARU and try to get back on ebay which takes a while sometimes. I believe these buyers can return a negative feedback left for them by an impatient sellers. If they can then that is a another serious ebay feedback flaw.

So seeing a NARU by a user's ID does not necessarily mean that user is 100% harmless.
