Hello..
i Have faced a strange problem,that i got very good digital camera.ThE camera take a great fine shoots.Even i don;t belive that its my Item's pic,cause its make it more beautiful than real.Here's the problem!!! i got new product of mine had pic of it using my new Camera Over 21 bidders..coming to my auction,the winner bidDer got the item..Then he/she fiND THAT, don't belive the item which he/she crazy about!!Now iam afraid about got (-_)feedback while i didn;t mean it at all to fraud or something,,i just have good honest business,the QUESTION IS WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!

I thought it was going to be a photo/camera question but I guess it is a negative feedback bidder question.

Do you mean that your pictures look better than the actual product? Your bidder doesn't think the item they received looks as good as the picture of it but they like it and want to keep it anyways?

Or do they want to return it?

Do you have a return policy in your auctions? If you also admit that the picture looks better than the actual item you can see why your bidder may be disappointed.

But on the other hand, don't lots of catalogue items like clothing, etc. sometimes look much better than the actual product?

Are you shipping overseas so it will cost you or your bidder more for return shipping?

Is it easier to please the customer or get a negative feedback?

I've noticed, too, that when I scan postcards, the 1280x960 view is so much clearer than the actual card itself. It looks more like itself when I resize to 640x480 or smaller. I worried about the same thing once when I used one of my larger images in my auction, even though it was a scan of the actual card in the auction. I keep to the smaller images now, just to avoid that same problem.
