Since parcel post isn't a top priority with the USPS it will probably take a little longer. I think it took my package over 6 days from Wisconsin to Texas.

It shound take 5-7 working days but is not uncommon to take a few extra days. Remember Monday was an extra non working day. So if it was sent 11 days ago that may only be 8 working days. I wouldn't start getting excited yet.

Don't get excited or worry for 14 working days. I sent heavy camera to a suburb of LA which is 175 miles away. It took 15 days, I could walked it there in half the time.

"parcel post.. how long"
As long as it takes.
Seriously.
I don't even entertain these questions from my buyers. Parcel Post (or First Class, which is what I use) has no service guarantee. There are service *standards*, but a service standard and $2.50 these days will buy you a latte.
My buyers always have the option of paying for Express Mail, as lousy a service as that is, which does have a service guarantee. If they opt for the much cheaper First Class, it'll be there when it gets there.

Example: 11oz package from FL to CA costs $2.67 via FIRST CLASS & gets there quicker VS $3.75 for PARCEL POST which takes 10 days or more to the COAST WITH THE OCEAN ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE STREET!
