I am posting under Ebay, cause most folks who use andale, use ebay. I have unauthorized charges posted to my credit card by andale. 10 calls to them and no response. 10 emails to them and no response. Wonder what some of you have done to get fraudulant charges by them off of your cc? Dave.

They used to, years ago, before I dropped them.
What I'd do today if they overcharged me would be to drive down to their office in Mountain View and camp out in the lobby until someone fixed the problem.

LOL, you forgot the battering ram and the thugs from my old neighborhood! Andale must be in dire financial straits to dredge up 2-year old, closed accounts and hit them for a donation.

I have sent e-mails to Andale over the last year informing them I did not need the service. They continued to disregard until last week they finally recended the charges a few days ago.
Low and behold yesterday I receive two gunning emails from their collection department for the old charges.
By the way the charge was $11.00.
I guess I have to start all over again. It might be a good idea for anyone thinking of joining that organization to take a second look.

We received a telemarketing call from Andale yesterday asking us to review their service. We declined, as we experimented with their service when they first came out in the marketplace and found the product to be to inflexible for our use.
They must be hard up for sales if they are resorting to cold calls and credit card slamming.

Thanks for the input. I figure they just bought 15 bucks worth of publicity. They are going to get a lot more for their money as time goes by, too. grin.

HEY, I HEARD FROM ANDALE! They say yes, my accounts were closed 8/14/01, and that I owe them $1.66! They want to know how I am going to pay it! This is like some Drs. and Dentist's offices- if you question a bill, they figure out that that you owe them even more. I responded that if they need the $1.66, just deduct if from my $15.96.
