I just purchased some items from a company that calls itelf Redamazon' (They advertise right at the top of this page.) Anyway I received an email this morning telling that they had invoiced me through PayPal. This was OK with me & I paid the invoice. It was paid to eBay Sales Group!!

Although it's against eBay policy to let you have "ebay" in your user name, it's not against the rules (yet) to have a Paypal account with ebay in the name.

Hence, [email protected] *IS* fully legal, although it's obviously misleading.

What RedAmazon has to do with it, I'm not sure...

I would highly recommend not dealing with John Clark and Red Amazon Group! I was ripped off for $3200, had my paypal account restricted for awhile and got stuck with junk. I had purchased several pallets of QVC returns from John Clark and all was fine. He then advertised QVC merchandise as brand new with "zero fallout". What I received was the same customer return items except they were in really bad shape. I used a credit card via Paypal for these items. He kept saying he was working with QVC to straighten the problem out but it never came to be. I tried to deal with it through Paypal but more than 30 days had passed and they would not help. I filed a chargeback with my CC and got the money returned but eventually Paypal restricted my account and forced me to pay them the $3200. I had no choice as I sell a lot of items weekly on eBay and depend on the Paypal payments.

You may get a few good deals from him but when it goes bad...look out! He became very nasty and made a lot of threats.

Sanmar:

One more thing you need to pay close attention is the time it takes to receive your merchandise. If you purchased QVC items, it always took more than 30 days to arrive and it is beyond Paypal's buyer protection period. If you do not receive your merchandise within 25 days or so, I would start the process with Paypal. John Clark is basically an Internet rip-off artist. Take a look at the link to current sellers he has on the learnebay.com page and look at how many actually are selling any of the items he offers.

I appreciate all of the messages. I only bought a small sample. Only $72.50 including shipping. I was leery about buying a pallet of anything until I was sure I could trust this outfit. I don't feel I can get hurt on what I bought, at least I think I can at least break even Thank you one & all.
