Has anyone else had problems with Bidpay recently? I had a buyer pay for some items with them on Wed. evening, and when she finished, she got a message to say that they were having "technical difficulties". Yesterday morning she checked, and the payment had gone through. I have still have no confirmation. She has written to them 3 times, and so have I, sending the invoice with her payment record, but no reply. I feel really bad for the buyer, she is in a hurry to get her goods, and this is the first time she has used Bidpay, (which I recommended) I am wondering if I should go ahead and mail her goods anyway. What do you think?

Create a seller's account with the same email address you used to communicate & sell with this buyer >> then check in your account for the status
I've had about 3 transactions which were never consummated via BidPay for various reasons -- lkie their CCs were over limit, etc!
Although a seller's account is NOT mandatory with BP, I've found it to be a valuable tool

I have that sellers account tomwiii, but when I checked, I found that the last 10 or so of my transactions are missing, they are ones that I have received checks for etc. I wrote to Bidpay about it, but I just can't get a reply.

I had 2 customers pay yesterday with Bidpay and still have not received confirmation from them. I checked my account and saw where both had been approved so I shipped the items today. I would not have known they used Bidpay if they had not emailed me about it. Also, I can't log onto Bidpay with Internet Explorer. I get the "web site not responding" message. I can switch to Opera and get in with no problem.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

I usually treat Bidpay like I treat any other money order or check in the mail. When I receive it, then I send it. I do send Paypal and Billpoint upon confirmation email, but I have an account with them. Bidpay says I don't have to open an account to receive their money orders, so I don't.
Just treat it like a regular money order. When you receive it in the mail, then send the item. I know the high bidder is in a hurry, but are you in a hurry to lose your shirt? I am not saying that this person is hosing you, but how do you know for certain that they aren't? If they receive the item and Bidpay says that the transaction didn't go through, what is your guarantee that they will follow through with sending the payment?
I usually follow the rule of trusting someone before distrusting them, but when it comes to the actions of a 3rd party (bidpay), I don't trust them.
