I launch my auctions from AW and I don't believe I'm doing anything different than I've always done. My last listing requires that the viewer uses the scroll bar at the bottom in order to read the description and to view the pictures.
I am ready to launch another listing today and noticed that when I preview it, it has the same problem.
can someone tell me how to correct this. TIA Donna

Try posting your question under AW services. The moderators watch and answer those questions.

How many pictures do you have on top or bottom? That makes a difference. If you have two and they are large then they don't fit the template and then that template becomes bigger, then that means it doesn't fit your screen and then you have to scroll. If you have three they certainly don't fit. Also if you have a web address that is in your description that is long that also requires more space and will make your description wider. I find using two small pictures on top do fine. I only use one on top and two on the bottom.

Footprints here is an auction like I was talking about. Take a look and see if this will help you.

footprints: in your SELLER PREFERENCES, do you have the box checked: RESIZE PHOTOS FOR EASY & FAST VIEWING?

When I used AW (Grant was prez!), I had the same problemo until I checked that box

Evidently he/she doesn't come back in to read the solutions. There are too many pictures across the top of the auction and then that makes for a very large description and you have to scroll.

Libra, ypou are right. I never put more than 2 across the type. If I use more than 2 I use #5 template & run them down the side. Still have to scroll, but you can read the description & see the pics at the same time.
