Works for me also.

Clear your cache, dump your cookies, reboot.

Whip that computer back into shape.

I can get the first page in a split second, but when I click on an option, it times out.

Well then, Now, I know for sure! I am not Krazy! Trai,When I clicked in through you, walla! Now I just did it in my normal way and GREAT BALLS OF FIRE!! It worked! Trai can whippppppppp it! Whippppppp it GOOD!! Thanks! I was going insane!!!! Snappinnnng even at the Kat.

I can get the initial page to come up, and even an initial tracking page (although the information there looks suspiciously out of date).

But if I click on "more details" it times out completely.

Of course, it's the ONE TIME I had to ship something overnight, at great expense, for a touchy customer.

Another note:

I just tried to pull up the tracking page for a couple of tracking numbers and got this:

Message from the NSAPI plugin:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds.


YUCK.

VERY SLOW for me too. I actually was able to fill in the name and dimensions of the package (which was better than it was an hour ago), but now it's stuck when I clicked on ship now.

Use Trais link. It worked for me. Zap! right to it. after that, no problems. A Snap!
