this is the jacket the medals came from, is it army or marine?

tomwiii...i am so dumb I wasn't sure what to download from Irfanview?????

That is a Class "A" uniform jacket And he was an Spec-4 however I can not see his branch of service insigna

Yes! The whole idea is to keep your pics < 40-50mb & 350X350 or 400X400 max pixels -- they will look good & load fast, even for dial-up folks, who are still in the majority.
