Like many of you, I went crazy listing on FLD - then promptly came down with the "flu" the day after..now that I am semi-recovered and study my active auctions listed under eBay and those listed through AW, I see that AW shows 25 more active auctions than eBay! How can this be? Does AW pick up "BIN" sales? I am dreading the thought of cross checking my 400+ auctions to see where the problem rests..any insight?

I don't know about AW but on ebay if you list let's say 25 auctions but one of them has a Fixed Price with 10 items avaiable it will count the Qty as 35 and not 25 and that get get very confusing. Perhaps AW and ebay have different ways of counting the multiple item Fixed Price Auctions?

AW does usually pick up BIN listings (with and without minimum bid less than the BIN price)and store items if you click on the "import auctions" or "track listings", even if they weren't listed thru AW. It will usually pick up FP - fixed price items, too.
My suggestion - if there were any auctions that you launched or re-listed *not using AW, do the import or track and see if the totals change. Or just do it anyways.
I was pleasantly surprised when AW started recognizing my eBay store items as FP (Fixed Price) items when I did that - so now I can use the AW post-management features.

We're down to a discrepancy of 2 items now - looks like some of my BIN's were listed as fixed price items - does that mean they didnt appear on the auction page? Also found three duplicates (hoping there werent any more!)but those were on eBay twice too. THanks for the help.
It may be that your remaining discrepancy of 2 is because you had 3 duplicates (one for real, two dups), you cancelled the 2 dup auctions, but the dups you cancelled may still be showing with your "active" items. "Importing" or "track listings" again may bumped those two off your "active", but I think I remember that I cancelled some auctions once and they showed "active" until the original (albeit cancelled) auction end time.
You're probably fine, but that's not legally binding!
