hits were always in the 100+'s on items? Even with international audience these days, ebay is SO very full of listings, it is hard to hit these 'hit' these same numbers nowadays. ... right now 20 out of 159 auctions have more than 100 hits ... used to be the 'norm'

In the good old days I made a killing selling Beanie Babies, of all things, on eBay. Now you can hardly give them away.

Now A Days it depends on the item.
I list in a certain cat. every now and again and the items get thousands of looks a day.

yeah, I was once the only maker of magic wands on ebay. Now I have some stiff competition. Some of them are good, some of them are shoddy, but the market tends to drive those away. My biggest beef is people who have no imagination and can't think of a way to present their work without ripping off Harry Potter et al- which is copyright infringment anyway, and Warner Brothers is militant about that. During the Xmas season, there weren't enough wands in the world to satisfy the demand, andmy hits were back up to their old numbers, over a hundred per. this week, my auctions have thirty, forty hits. One sale.
