Apologies if this has been discussed recently. I am getting a lot of AOLers who don't know how to quote previous email. I understand that newer versions of AOL have this capability.
Do you know how to quote in AOL? What version are you using, and for which operating system?

When using regular AOL all you have to do is highlight the text in the original email and then hit reply. Very simple.
HOWEVER - if you are using AOL Anywhere (signed in thru the site, not the program) this does not work. You have to do the old fashioned highlight, copy, past thing
BTW - I use an older version for Mac of AOL. I never upgrade until about six months after new versions come out - the upgrades are always buggy and this goes double for the Mac versions

The AOL AnyWhere works better with IE 6.0 and will copy to letter by merely highlighting the text but will not do it with IE 5.5 .
