Try and file now and see what they say. When you file and that buyer is NARU your final value fee is given immediately...

System keeps giving me the "Oops, your auction ended less than seven days ago so you're not filing today" message.

Probable an ebay glitch then, like when you can not leave feedback on a transaction because the message says " Not a transaction between users " or whatever and it really is a viable transaction.

I had a tardy auction winner who became NARU'd. I didn't notice the NARU until after I e-mailed one final time asking about the status of the payment. It took him 3 days to respond to the e-mail but when he did, he told me he'd sent the payment by UPS and I would receive it the next day. I did.
