A zero with shades sniped and won. I personally know and have contacted another seller that this bidder won an auction from prior to this. He hasn't been paid for that (ended over 3 wks ago). My question is, if I don't have contact from the bidder in the 3 day requirement how long before I can offer the item as a second chance to the next high bidder? Thank you.
