i had about 10 auctions end in december and because of the holidays checks were not received til early january. now im getting emails from pretty much all of my buyers stating their packages have not been received!! i used dc but none of them are showing up in the system. what on earth is going on?! how is it possible that 0 out of 10 packages were delivered? even a package that was going 1 city over didnt arrive.

Have you tried going to the post office and making an inquiry? I think you have to wait 30 days to launch a formal search, but perhaps the local postmaster can see if they are lurking around or maybe dig up more info with your DC numbers.

Were they all mailed from the same post office at the same time? Take the DC info to the Postmaster and inquire.

priority is taking five days/week to arrive. I'm switching to fedex for a while.

Re: Priority Mail: I sent a pkg out on 1/13/03 from the Central Coast of CA by Priority Mail to NYC. The buyer received it on Wednesday the 15th. It really depends on where you are located & where is your FedEx terminal is located. All Priority Mail is flown across the US by FedEx on contract. I am 160 miles North of LA. Our Priority mail is flown from here to LAX & then to Memphis, where it redistributed aceoss the USA. I have never had a Priority Mail pkg take over 4 days
