I've read this in the past from those who use Internet postage like Endicia - a way to create a file that's saved for each print job, so that if your printer jams you can re-print the job that was jammed.

I'm really not sure how to do this and would really appreciate some help. I'm having all kinds of problems! I liked the idea from tomwii about a thermal printer but don't have the $$ available for that right now.

Thanks!

You can get a printer on ebay cheaper. I bought one that says RPS on it and the seller didn't have Zebra or Eltron anywhere in the listing.(it turned out to be an eltron 2443) I paid $60 for it with 2 roll of labels.(one roll was UPS and one RPS labels but they work fine)
I have never had one misprint with it and it is nice to not have to wait for the laser printer to warm up. And you don't have to feed them toner either. I would never go back to a regular printer.
