I just read the new promo from ebay offering the gift icon and options for a penny. I was wondering if anyone has had a problem offering such services as sending the item to a third party. Wouldn't that be against PayPal's policy of sending to a confirmed address?? Is this opening a can of worms or a thoughtful idea? I have done it in the past as an occassional courtesy, but never advertised it as a feature. What do you think?

I ship to unconfirmed addresses many times each week and have done so for a few years and have not had a problem yet. The small risk is less of a problem then turning down a sale.
