I am about to file a FVF for a person who sent me a payment, but never sent me the shipping amount. (...would never respond to emails etc...) On the FVF page there is a place that says have you recieved any money from the person. If I am planning to return the money, do I put none, or do I put the actual amount she sent me???
I am so aggrivated by this whole situation becuase she is a seller on ebay with tons of auctions up right now. She has over a thouasand feedback and I only have around 160. I got a feeling I'll be getting my first neg out of this. She seems like a jerk by reading her auctions and descriptions, so we'll see.

How much is it going to cost to ship this item? It may not be worth the aggravation. In this situation, I send a polite email stating that I will ship the item once I receive full payment and leave it at that. I have had this happen with sales tax and did end up with a neg over it. Just be sure not to leave feedback first.

I have emailed her multiple times, she will not email me back. It will probably only cost about $2.00 to send, but the item only cost $4.59. I've even thought about just keeping the money she sent and not worrying about it LOL

I would send one more notice simply stating that you willship when full payment is received. Do not worry about a neg, it will not hurt you. In more than 6000 transactions, I have 17 negs all from situations like this or similar and you bidders will be able to tell the truth.

I had the same problem bidder sent payment but not the shipping cost email email email no response filed NPB alert contacted me 5 days later said she did not see no mention of shipping in the checkout told her to look at the auction page. again wait wait and wait I get a money order for the shipping amount I was not rude or mean with my emails to her but I wanted to scream at her PAY ATTENTION and CHECK your email btw it was an yahoo email account I find more late paying bidders have yahoo or hotmail accounts, it is like the bid and win and forget all about it
